Your responsibilities

Maintain a safe working environment by complying with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Process customer orders efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
Manage goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure accuracy and minimise stock damage.
Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing goods and raise quality defect reports where necessary.
Receive, inspect, unpack, and accurately record goods in the ERP system.
Process stock withdrawals and maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
Organise and support regular stock takes and inventory reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards and operational requirements.
Drive Standard Work practices and a "Right First Time" quality culture.
Ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in line with quality expectations.

Your profile

Matric (Grade 12).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse, stores,logistics, or supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience will be advantageous.
Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent leadership skills.
